About Healthy Living

Your body is God’s temple, and caring for it is part of honoring Him. This six-session Reach Group will encourage and equip you to make healthier choices in nutrition, sleep, and exercise through faith-filled, practical teaching. You’ll learn how to read labels, make healthy swaps, build balanced meals, improve sleep, and create lasting habits. Session #5 will include a hands-on exercise class—so wear something comfortable to move in!

Led by Cathy Grande, Deborah Johnson (MS, Nutritionist), and Tarsha Gibbons (Certified Trainer & Health Coach), this group will inspire you to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle—one change at a time.

NOTE: This CO-ED GROUP meets at 7PM on the church campus.
