Creative Team Request Form

We’re excited to share some updates to our creative process designed to better serve every ministry and ensure you receive what you need—when you need it. Before submitting a Creative Request Form, please review the requirements below to help set your project up for success.

Timing Matters

To serve each ministry with excellence, all Design Request Forms must be submitted at least 6 weeks before your promotional deadline.
Two months’ notice is preferred whenever possible.

Requests submitted outside of this time frame may not be accepted.

Have You Thought Through a Promotional Plan?

Before submitting your request, take a moment to consider how you want to spread the word. A clear promotional plan helps the Creative Team design with purpose and clarity.

Consider the following:

  • Social Media

  • Flyers or Handouts

  • Weekly Email Feature

  • Announcements

  • Apparel (T-shirts, etc.)

  • Other promotional avenues

One of the best ways to achieve a strong final product that aligns with your vision is by sharing inspiration.
Please gather 2–4 inspiration images (or videos, if requesting video content) to include with your request. These can come from Pinterest, other churches, favorite brands, or anywhere that helps communicate your vision.

Ready to Submit?

If you’ve reviewed the timeline, thought through a promotional plan, and gathered inspiration, you’re ready to move forward with the request form. When filling it out, please provide as much detail as possible—this helps us serve you well.

If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here to help. -> media@reachny.church

A Note on Creative Direction

While your input is valued and carefully considered, the Creative Team maintains final decision-making on overall design and style. You can trust that the team is staying current with trends, designing with the intended audience in mind, and ensuring every piece aligns with the overall brand and voice of Reach Church.

Name
Our standard is that promotions for events and promotional campaigns need to run for 1 month. That 1 month promotional time frame does not include the time it takes for the Creative Team to create your materials. When answering this question, think about when your promotion starts.

Project Type
Give us some details about your upcoming project. Think through these questions: 1. What's the purpose? 2. Who is the target audience? 3. What's the overall message? 4. What are you wanting to say? 5. If this is an event, give us the when, the where, the cost (if any) and your thoughts/plan on the registration process.
What ideas do you have for colors, words, and the overall look for the end product? Bright colors? Muted Colors? Help us understand your vision for this product. Feel free to give us a link to a pinterest board!
