KNOW JESUS

KNOWING JESUS MEANS KNOWING HIM AS SAVIOR AND LORD

GOD LOVES YOU!

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”  John 3:16-17 (NKJV)

WE ALL NEED TO BE FORGIVEN

“For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”  Romans 3:23 (NKJV)

WHY IS SIN BAD?

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”   Romans 6:23 (NKJV)

IS THERE HOPE FOR ME?

“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”   Romans 5:8 (NKJV)

CAN EVERYONE BE FORGIVEN?

“For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”  Romans 10:13 (NKJV)

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”  Romans 10:9-10 (NKJV)

SALVATION STARTS WITH A PRAYER

“Jesus I believe you are the son of God.  I believe you died on the cross as a sacrifice so that I may be forgiven of my sin.  I admit that I am a sinner. I need to be forgiven.  Please forgive me, be my Savior and my Lord”

This prayer is just the beginning of a decision to live life in relationship with God.  Each day we must choose to follow Jesus.  Rejoice! Your sins are forgiven!

KNOWING JESUS MEANS LEARNING ABOUT JESUS

What is the BEST news you have ever heard? Was it surprising? Did it change the way you think? Or was it something you wanted to be true but didn’t dare hope for?

At an unprecedented time like this, many of us may be asking deep questions about the meaning of life and the existence of God. Christianity Explored is a small group study that journeys through Mark’s Gospel and provides answers to the 12 most frequently asked questions about God. Join us as we explore who Jesus is, what He achieved, and what it means for us today. NOTE: This is an eight-week interactive ZOOM GROUP.
